In Winter 2023, Jonathan T. "JT" Gilbert, P.L.S.  founded his titular survey firm to fill a need in the Polk and Rutherford county area. Situated on NC #9, JT saw the perfect opportunity to provide land surveying services to fellow local property owners, and hasn't looked back since! 

Jonathan T. Gilbert Land Surveying, a.k.a. JTG Survey, has been serving the local community and satisfying customers for a little under two years now. But it doesn't stop there! JT has been in the land surveying industry for 40 years -- 23 of which in upper-leadership and business operations. JT is not only a highly-skilled and knowledgeable professional land surveyor, but he is also a proven businessman, who cares immensely for his clients. 

JT aims to please, and his work speaks for itself!  We are so very excited to have the privilege of working with amazing clients and helping them with their survey needs.
